What do I do if I am having problems using this site?
First, take a deep
breath and relax. The answer might be covered below.
If it isn't, and you still have difficulty, use the response form
available under the menu item "Contact Us". We don't monitor the mail 24/7, but chances are excellent
you'll get a response within a couple of hours, seven days per week.
Try not to have your problems late at night -- you may have to wait until
the following morning for an answer. Be sure to use a working
email address; double-check to be sure. Some reasons you may not
get a timely reply: your mailbox was full or our response wound up in your
bulk-mail folder.
Why must I have
browser cookies turned on?
Ceus-r-ez.com does not set cookies on your system.
However, our processing service requires your browser to "ACCEPT ALL COOKIES" during registration, payment, login and exam scoring. If you need to enable cookies, please click on the following link,
then find the browser you're using for specific instructions:
http://webmaster.info.aol.com/cookieguide.html
If you are accessing our site from work, ask your system administrator about the
cookie error you're getting. Some organizations refuse to accept cookies because
of "firewall" restrictions. An alternative solution is to try another location, such as
your public library.
I was logged in, but lost the connection.
What should I do?
All of our fee-based units have 24/7 access until the
end of the current year. If your ISP unceremoniously drops the connection, simply
log in again per the instructions in your access email.
Your system isn't recognizing me. Why?
Both username and password must be entered exactly
as they were in the registration form. Except for the courtesy unit "Personal Care,"
we must have payment approval before validating you.
I can't view the certificate of completion from the
link on the test result page.
Where is my certificate?
Not to worry. As of Tuesday, June 15, 2004, we now store these certificate pages
for at least five years. To get the certificate for a unit you've passed, go to
www.nurseslearning.com/ceus-r-ez/login.cfm
then click on "View Certificate" and Print the certificate when it is displayed to the screen.
