You are the ones that care, that give of yourself, that go the extra mile. You work hard, with little recognition, you are always told when something is wrong, but... seldom complimented when things go right! This site wants to recognize you for who you are.... the backbone of the healthcare industry. The physicians, nurses and therapists count on you for accurate information and input. The patients/residents count on you for everything: you keep them groomed, bathed, fed and nurtured. You are their lifeline and they know it.
